Ole Ole Ole Ole....
Singapore 1 - Thailand 1. That's the score at the soccer match held in Bangkok this evening. On aggregate, Singapore wins Thailand 3-2! It is just exhilating. Singapore retains its position as having the best soccer team in ASEAN. :) Thanks to the controversial penalty awarded to Singapore last wednesday, plus Amri's fantastic shot at goal with just five minutes left in the game. This is great entertainment! Watch out for more Singapore soccer!

Yeah baby! Singapore Soccer is reviving! I can hear many people at my coffeeshop cheered on as Khairul Amri shot through the goal post.. fantastic shot!!! It curled right in leaving the goalkeeper helpless...Watch out for singapore in the world cup in 2010! Go Lions Go!!!
World Cup....I still have my reservations about the team. But you know, the new faces I see on the Singapore team augers well for its future. And it's a good sign that there is hunger in them to win a match. Especially when in Bangkok last Sunday they faced a really uphill task against the hostile Thai camp. The latter played really rough. Our boys seemed so much more gentlemanly. :)
